Thank you for choosing Pura-Flo WaterSource, Inc. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and handled if a return or exchange is necessary.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been processed and shipped.


Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination but generally range between:

3–7 business days

Shipping carriers may include:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Freight carriers for larger equipment

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times may be affected by:

Freight Shipments

Large water treatment systems or equipment may be shipped via freight carriers.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting shipments upon delivery
  • Noting any visible damage before signing delivery documents

If freight damage occurs, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused, and uninstalled products in their original packaging.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • All components must be included

Products that have been installed, used, or altered are not eligible for return.

All returns must be completed by mail. We do not accept in-person returns.

Return authorization must be obtained before shipping items back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Manufacturer defect
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect item received

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Restocking Fees

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Restocking fees apply to all eligible returns and may be enforced if:

  • Packaging is damaged
  • Parts are missing
  • The product shows signs of installation or use

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if damage or defects are discovered.


Installation Services

Products sold on this website may require professional installation.

Installation services may be offered through licensed plumbing contractors depending on your location.

Installation costs are separate from product purchases unless explicitly stated.
