Pura-Flo WaterSource, Inc. is committed to providing reliable water treatment products designed to improve water quality and protect plumbing systems. This Warranty & Product Support Policy outlines the warranty coverage provided for Pura-Flo WaterSource, Inc. products.


Limited Product Warranty

Pura-Flo WaterSource, Inc. products are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Unless otherwise specified, the standard warranty period is:

5 years from the date of purchase

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.


What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials
  • Manufacturer defects in workmanship
  • Product failure due to normal residential use

If a product is determined to be defective during the warranty period, Pura-Flo WaterSource, Inc. may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the defective component
  • Replace the product with a comparable model

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damages or failures resulting from:

  • Improper installation
  • Installation by unlicensed or unqualified personnel
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Freezing conditions
  • Improper maintenance
  • Water chemistry conditions outside recommended parameters
  • Acts of nature (flood, fire, earthquake, etc.)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Normal wear and consumable components (such as filters or cartridges) are not covered unless otherwise stated.


Installation Requirements

Certain Pura-Flo WaterSource, Inc. products must be installed according to manufacturer specifications and local plumbing codes.

Improper installation may void warranty coverage.

Professional installation by a licensed plumbing contractor is strongly recommended.

  • Product model and serial number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and installation (if applicable)

Warranty Evaluation

Shipping for Warranty Claims

Replacement parts or products will be shipped once warranty eligibility is confirmed.


Limitation of Liability

Pura-Flo WaterSource, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product as described above.
